Unsafe Buildings: Request
Phone Call: Caller reports at least six people living in an unsafe structure BEHIND the Big Red Liquors South store. Caller said that the structure is for sale, and is actually the old office to the Stone Mill which no longer exists. Caller reports that there is trash everywhere, underage drinking, and broken glass everywhere. Also reported that someone has pulled an old RV in the same area, and people are living in it too.

DB. Appears valid. Will go back with another inspector to investigate. Inspected w/ MDeykes, complaint was valid, send notice to register/inspect and fees. Privious owner called to say it had been sold and NTR/S was sent out to current owner on 7/7/97. Sent notice to owner to remove trailer by 12/01/1997. Verify removal. D/B 02/25/1998- Building vacant. area cleaned .
