Met with Mr. Randolf on site. Informed Mr. Randal that the drainage system in question appeared to be private. Informed Mr. Randolf that I would research the area to see if any drainage easements existed and get back with him. Called Mr. Randolf after researching the area. No easements or right-of-ways exist in this area. Informed him that unfortunately there was nothing the city could do about this problem.
