Phone Call: Gary Cain from the Monroe County Health Dept. referred complaint from Mr. Lane to City. He reports that Lot #1 has raw sewage on the lawn (he observed on Thursday). Mr. Cain also reported that the land is owned by Richard Schmalz.
DB complaint is valid. I spoke w/ Mrs. Schmaltz, she assured me she would take care of the pproblem located at the property and get back with me. Mrs. Schmaltz called saying that the problem had benn corrected. A DB inspection confirmed. The sewer has been reconnected and the apparent problem/leak is gone.
