THERE WAS A QUESTION ABOUT A SMALL TREE THAT WAS BY OUR MANHOLE THAT WAS MAKING REPAIR IMPOSSIBLE. MIKE FARMER TALKED TO MR. SILBERSTREIN AND HE SAID TREE COULD BE REMOVED TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS. AFTER REPAIRS THE FENCE WILL BE REPAIRED.
