Excessive Growth: Request
Two dumpsters in alley are overflowing. Also people are stacking trash on top of old shed that is burnt down. She spoke w/her apt. mgt. about dumpster & they said it would be taken care of - but it hasn't been yet.

Spoke to HTRC properties about this they assured me it will get cleaned up. They said that are having a problem with RUMPKE. Dumpster has been emptied but the ground around it is still a mess. Called HTRC again. 09/17/96 Finally cleaned up.
