Camera in sewer reports clean intermittant water in surges. Bill want us to see if we can verify a sump pump into the sanitary and request inspections. Call Bill with details.

'95 Polk says Joseph and Thelma Crouch .95/96 phone book has Joseph at this address 339-9543. On site spoke to Mr. Crouch. Looked in basement, sump is connected to the sanitary. Discussed w/him what needs to be done and why. He will have his "guy" take care of it and call to let me know when. Any word from Mr. Crouch?08/08/96 Mr. Crouch called to say the work is complete. DB to verify. TX Utilities left msg. for Bill.
