The alley running west off Pine Street between Kirkwood and 6th has numerous potholes. it is paved where it comes off Pine and it is this section that is very rough and needs attention

Hi, I was wondering if it might be possible to consider making a crosswalk at this location. It is located right at a bus stop, and for pedestrians walking along the bus stop side of the road (east side), it would be great to be able to cross the street safely here over to Renwick (specifically, for me, the Village Center shops). Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. Cars routinely stop or stand in the bike lane on Third Street anywhere between Jordan and Indiana Avenues. This forces bikes into the "car" travel lanes and makes a dangerous situation for everyone--all at the cost of inconsiderate, and frankly lazy, motorists who are waiting to pick up friends from class. Bloomington and IU Parking Enforcement is unable to do anything about this epidemic since these vehicles are not actually "parked," but instead standing or stopped. IUPD and BPD don't do anything about it because I'm sure there are more important things going on out there that deserve their attention. The presence of some physical barriers or police enforcement would be effectively in keeping cars out of the bike lanes. Vince Carristo emailed me about a year ago stating that the City was looking into physical barriers, but I haven't seen anything deployed. Thanks for your help. Without doing something about cars standing in the bike lanes, Third Street isn't really a viable bicycle route--at least during the day on weekdays.
I hope I can coherently explain this. If I don't effectively convey my complaint, please call me. I work for IU Campus Bus Service. I've noticed that the pedestrian crossing signal for peds crossing Fee Ln on the north side of 10th will stay on the "Walk" signal during the transition from 10th St having a green light to an all red (to allow peds to cross in all directions). The problem with this configuration is that a vehicle can effectively get stuck in the middle of the intersection if it was waiting to turn left/north onto Fee from Tenth, while partially in the intersection. In this situation, vehicles can either block the intersection or attempt to squeeze through pedestrians crossing on the north side of the intersection. As you can imagine with a bus, this is a dangerous dilemma.
East Matlock Road is in need of street lights beginning from the corner of the 45/46 bypass continuing to the Headley School building. There are many residents, bicyclists, and students who use the street as a means of pedestrian passage to the stadium and IU campus at all hours of the night. There are only two lights - one on each end of the street - leaving the stretch in between to be dangerously dark and a hazard to walkers, bicyclists, drivers, and residents alike. Furthermore, with nearby cases of vandalism, theft, as well as the recent disappearance and death of an IU Student in the area, many residents have become concerned over the lack of lighting on the street. There are several utility poles lining the street where street lamps could be placed. The installation of street lamps would benefit not only pedestrian safety and visibility to drivers, but would also allow residents peace-of-mind with the added safety measures that lights would provide.
Just West of the Eastern entrance to Southcrest Mobile Home Manor, the South edge of the pavement has crumbled over 2 feet into the lane.
