Kid City commendation. Her daughter and a friend attended 2 sessions of KC Outdoor this summer. It was a wonderful experience. Activities were creative and fun. Ms. Anton wrote the Council concerned about flyers being placed on her door. She was worried that if they were placed while she was away burlars would know that no one was home. She wanted to know whether we had or would consider an ordinance prohibiting the use of flyers. Do we have any regulations regarding the use of door hanger notices?

The line of sight problem is at the intersection of Heather Drive and the east leg of Laurel Court. When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches.
