There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.

Tenants have been living in mold infested apartments since September. Refusing to get PROFESSIONAL mold inspector to clear and certify safety of the apartment/ building. They are irresponsible.
