Large maple tree behind property (formally on 908 N. Walnut), has fallen into high voltage, primary distribution lines and snapped them. Tree remains suspended on remaining wires, broken ones are one the ground. All houses within a few blocks of this are now without electric service.

Old garage on property. No utilities. Appears to be occupied? Drug activity? Grounds are trashed by occupants.
What is going on here? A half-deconstructed building that is a danger to all who seek shelter on this property and a general eyesore. Are you aware that the 8’ basement is nearly full of water. Not a very safe place to bathe…I believe the city planning department (or the city in conjunction with the county) has the ability to condemn this structure and cause the cleanup of this site. I appreciate you mowing so quickly after I called to mow. There is still overgrowth there. Furthermore, I have seen people coming in and out of the empty building that used to be the red cross. I don't think they are supposed to be there. Can you post a sign that says no trespassing? They broke a window within the last week to get in.
There is a strong gas leak smell coming from the back of the house. We can smell it in adjacent yards and sometimes from the road. It was bad enough. We called the gas company who says that it is propane not natural gas and the smell was the leftover unburned gas coming out of the vents. This house should be using natural gas, so I believe that the furnace has been improperly modified and is using the wrong kind of gas. This is entirely without human supervision, because the owner does not live at this residence or in town.
This home looks abandoned and has garbage everywhere inside and outside of the home. It looks very unsafe. I don't know if anyone lives there but it should be cleaned up although I don't know if the house is salvageable.
This home looks abandoned. There is garbage everywhere on the outside of the home. Also, during the past few nights there has been a pick up parked in the backyard which starts up periodically throughout the night and is very loud. A fire was continuously going as well.
Dilapidated house, looks like it is going to cave in on itself. Homeless people living in the house, needles on the property, wild bamboo growing on the property in addition to other excessive overgrowth. Needs to be checked out and taken care of immediately.
There is an alley directly next to my window that is blocked off immediately after my window. I feel extremely unsafe as there are people, homeless or not, doing drugs and being loud at night. I have contacted my landlord about moving the gate to allow my window to be on the blocked off side but they said it was it was an emergency exit so they could not do anything. I have seen men passed out, stumbling in this alley and feel very passionately about it being blocked off. Please, is there anything you guys can do to make my bedroom feel safer at night.
