The property at 1413 W 11th St is unsafe and a detriment to the neighborhood. The owner has not been around since mid-July and the house is uninhabitable. There has been no work done on the house all summer. A window has been open this entire time. The yard is overgrown in front and back and there is a tremendous amount of trash in the back yard. The owner could not care less about his property. Please help!
Southern winds 'hotel'. Located at 3000 S. Walnut st. Excessive bed bugs. This is a serious health hazard that the landlord has been informed of, and done nothing about. I am a social worker and believe that the infestation is causing mental and physical trauma for the residents.

Does anyone know what is going on at 4224 East Penn Ct? This is the home that had the terrible fire damage. It now appears that someone is living there, and are converting it into some sort of art installation/ haunted house. The entire front yard is fenced in, including the driveway. I checked GIS and a sale has not been made since Mark Harper purchased it in 2013. Any insight into what is going on down there would be great. I mean, the windows are all still boarded up. Is someone squatting there??
The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. The stone chimney is damaged and stones continue to fall from this home off their roof onto my property. The owner needs to do something with this chimney to make it safe.
The Avenue refuses to fix their fire alarms. It is a massive public safety issue as nobody believes the alarms are valid. People stay inside after the alarms go off
