The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in. There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given. This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you. Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord. Thanks for your time.

My roomate and i are living at 3310 odell s. Since we have lived here, we have dealt every day, with 2 people, a man and a woman, listening and being able to see in our apartment. It sounds bizzare, but true. It has all but ruined our lives. We know where they are staying but cannot or have not been able to put a stop to it. Please help in this matter. Smoke detectors non working beeping over a week, one has been hanging from my son room ceiling, I have told staff in regards of being freightened it will fall on him also have reported it to them in writing. The microwave light has been out as well as two in my bathroom in which I've asked them to reach several times and I am disabled with hip replacements so it isn't a possibility for me to do so. Stairway has harmful items blocking the door. Stairway has harmful items such as Ziploc bag next to a needle appearing to not have a covering so the pointy tip side is visibly out and I notified staff in case a child or anyone incidentally gets hurt or stabbed with it. Window screen appears to have huge slit in it Heat not working all winter and fall in which I personally purchased a small portable heater. All detectors beeps but they do not assist me to replace making me very concerned for my safety.
