Used as a "shooting gallery" for intravenous drug use. 10 uncapped syringes collected from this building 8-21-19 by MC Health Dept. Interior littered with trash and feces. This is an attractive nuisance and a hazard to the public. Children witnessed exploring the interior subject to accidental needle sticks.
