I rent from Pendragon properties at 3310 Odell DR. My living room is flooding gain as my back door does not properly close nor does it have a handle nor a lock. Pendragon has been avoiding me and refuses to do any work on my home. My vents are not all properly attached and I have bugs and moisture coming in. HANDS inspected and dis not pass my apartment and ordered repairs to be made, including MANY safety hazards involving the stairs, plumbing, and electrical. The home continues to fall apart as the elements seep in and Pendragon has made no efforts to fix anything.
Abandoned building next to school broken out windows
The Avenue refuses to fix their fire alarms. It is a massive public safety issue as nobody believes the alarms are valid. People stay inside after the alarms go off
appears as if fire destroyed, unsafe bldg.
I am old enough to remember that the building on the southwest corner of the S Rogers and Country Club Road intersection used to be a real business and they kept their property clean and safe. Now the property appears abandoned and is a hazard to the people of Bloomington. The lot vegetation is out of control. The building should be designated condemned by the city. It is covered with graffiti and could become a place where a person on the B-line to the east could be abducted and assaulted under cover. What can be done about this horrific eyesore in the midst of all the re-development and revitalization in the area?
There is a hole in the roof of this house. The hole is in the back, at the garage end.
Since there isn't an option for "idiot student idea"...there is a broken sofa bed perched on a very steep roof at 449 Henderson (NE corner of Henderson and 2nd). Even if it doesn't injure the idiot who attempts to use it, it could fall and hit someone else. Plus, it looks trashy!
