The stairs and upper landing are unstable. The upper landing is warped and drooping in places.
The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. Please call or email with questions in regards to this situation.
Complainer claims property unsafe. Unclear what he refers to in his speech.
The stone chimney is damaged and stones continue to fall from this home off their roof onto my property. The owner needs to do something with this chimney to make it safe.
Daniel Perez reported that this address has a large and unsafe amount of broken glass around their front yard. This broken glass has been here for weeks apparently and the residents have put in no effort to clean up.
There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.
property seems abandon, falling in, gutters coming off, potential for falling items, concerned for the welfare of children in neighborhood
This structure is, open all doors and windows need to be secured. Concrete blocks and tarp on roof. Possible broken windows.
1301 Woodhill Dr and 815 S. Larkspur Ln, both owned by Pendragon Properties have been vacant for weeks now. It is common practice for Pendragon it seems to leave windows open (presumably because they turn off HVAC to save costs?), and it has been humid and rainy increasing the chances of Black Mold and other issues related to moisture. This is not something new, and has been observed on these same properties an others in the neighborhood numerous times over the years. They are currently showing the houses to rent to (i.e. scam) new tenants, and it seems best if people were informed of their problems or if possible for the houses to be inspected. (Presumably, knowing Pendragon, there are other problems as well.)
