The 4th street parking garage was completely full and there was no sign to tell us not to go in along with 10 other cars. People were trying to back out of the garage and turning around was next to impossible. You need to close the garage if it is full. Very unsafe conditions trying to get out of the garage when cars are still coming in not knowing it is full.
I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Bloomington. The room smelled like urine and the floorboards were broken. I don't know if that is grounds for an inspection, but it sure didn't seem like the building was being maintained properly. The room I stayed in was #102. Thank you.

The shared-detached garage between 806 and 810 N. Lincoln is in a severe state of deterioration.
Robin's daughter visits her father in the third unit at 1310 N. Maple. He rents this unit from his parents. Robin reports that much electrical work and plumbing work was done at the house without the proper permits and that the work was not done properly. A wood stove was also installed without the proper "venting". (I checked this address on the rental system and it shows that there are only 2 approved rental units. Small retaining wall near the back of this lot on the 3rd street side looks to be failing. Looks like it is being held up by a tree stump.
