Abandoned building had plywood on front door -- has been torn off. The site is contaminated w/diesel fuel and above ground tanks are dangerous.
229 W 1st St. Brownfields building along the B-line trail. Structure open to unlawful entry at two doorways and 2 windows. Used as a "shooting gallery" for intravenous drug use. 10 uncapped syringes collected from this building 8-21-19 by MC Health Dept. Interior littered with trash and feces. This is an attractive nuisance and a hazard to the public. Children witnessed exploring the interior subject to accidental needle sticks.
roof is falling in house appears very unsafe. The yard is also a mess and there are abandonded vehicles on the lot.

ALSO CEILING IS FALLING IN. THIS IS ALSO AN UNREGISTERED RENTAL. RENTERS ARE TRACY AND RICKY LITTRELL AND THEY HAVE NO PHONES. GAVE TO BARRY COLLINS

Mrs. Frazo reported that this house is unsafe. The guttering is falling off in to her yard. She reported that the shed on this propery is open and accessible to people and animals. SHe want as call back asap.
