POSSIBLE UNSAFE ELECTRICAL IN ALLEY BEHIND LEOFOO Completed site inspection. Weatherhad has fallen apart and appears to have arched. The insulation on the ungrounded conductors has deteriorated and fallen off. New service entrance conductors will have to be installed. Talked with manager. Owners are gone today, but will be back tomorrow. Owner is Arman Valaie.
