Citizen says there is a utility cut right where Headley road curves around in front of Headley School (where Matlock becomes Headley). Says its been there for about a month and needs to be filled in. Believes it was City Utilities working there but not sure.
MR. LUCAS CALLED AND STATED THAT SEWER LINES WERE INSTALLED TWICE IN A YEAR (THE LAST BEING ABOUT 5 WEEKS AGO) AND THAT DAMAGE WAS DONE TO HIS PROPERTY AND HAS NOT YET BEEN REPAIRED.
Mr. Turpin called and reported that when the Utilities Dept. installed new line on Rockport Road they dug up entry to his driveway. At that time the driveway had a culvert. When redoing his driveway, no culvert was installed. Water backs up in his driveway now and he has a "muddy mess." He would like a culvert installed since he is afraid his car will be damaged.
Overgrown tree is dangerously close to our house. Its root system is damaging our driveway, is intertwined with our electrical boxes, and have roots hitting our house. We are requesting the removal of the tree and roots and the replanting of a new one. Please advise as we want to ensure that the overgrowth doesn't overlap with the winter months. Workers installing optic fiber cable in the neighborhood have left tools, trash, and a 15-20 foot pipe in our yard. We picked scattered stuff up but can't do anything with the tubing and pipe.

New Island in the middle of Tapp road just east of Kegg is not marked with any traffic cones or signs, hazardous, difficult to see
The new sidewalks on the northwest corner of Sare and Rogers have been badly damaged from utility trucks driving on them. There could have been some plywood or metals plates used to cover the walks to protect them.
