Soil washing away under side walk. I have reported this area before and it seems to be getting worse. Is there a plan?Thank you for your time. Kaye Beavers, Peppergrass landscape director

Someone needs to check on the construction crew working Rogers Street in the Patterson area. They are blocking the sidewalk with their materials on the east side near the warehouse. One of the contractors unexpectedly pulled his truck out onto the street to block a vehicle and then pulled it out aggressively again almost causing an accident. When confronted about this being unsafe he said “I can do whatever I want“.
