Noticed that City has blocked off the road through the medical center/COTA which was acting as an alternate route around the Tapp Road work. State is working on 37 exits for Fullerton Pike and Rockport Road and has them down to one lane. This is creating a very dangerous situation since Rockport is the official Tapp Road detour. Someone should look at this and open the road through the medical center or see if something else can be done before someone is killed.

Rockport between 37 and Country Club has become very hazardous during the detour. Tapp Rd construction has taken far too long for the size of the project. Its not a long section of road. why hasn't this project been finished and reopened? If there's a valid problem, city or county should monitor the traffic.

Citizen says City has shown poor planning by closing off College Ave right when all the students have come back, and when 4th street is also closed for a project. Why couldn't this have been done earlier in the summer when traffic wasn't so bad? College is one of the busiest streets in town and this should have been anticipated and planned better. It is Mike's understanding that Covenanter Dr. is not to be used as an access road for construction of condos south of Eton Mews. Mike saw two dump trucks go through this morning that he thinks belongs to Rogers Group.

The residents at 925 S. Ballantine had a contractor make a street cut across Ballantine. The cut is sinking in and has become dangerous.
