stop ahead sign on N. Kinser Pike east of Prow Rd. is leaning badly.
R2-1 on east side of S. Weimer Rd. just north of W. Tapp Rd. is leaning way over.
Compact ice and snow builds up on the ped/bike underpass. It's extremely treacherous and NO ONE seems to even care enough to lay down some salt. The multi-use path up east 7th street along Park Doral apartments also sees little to no cleaning, but is supposed to be part of a vital pedestrian and bicycle artery. It might be cold, but we're still trying to use this without killing ourselves.
Common entrance to Biolife Plasma and Author Solutions: Biolife has a stop sign coming OUT of their particular lot but Author Solutions doesnot. I almost had a head on collision coming in to Biolife because someone comingoutof Author Solutions had not Stop sign. Essentailly both directions - coming into Biolife and coming out of Author Solution's particular parkinglot - have the right of way. A stop sign must be added coming out of Author solutions.
I was taking my child to school at University this morning. There has been a crew working on the power lines on 10th street. This morning they seemed to be getting a later start. It was about 8:25 and the trucks were just arriving. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for traffic coming from the east on 10th street. Several children were late to school because it seems the company didn't have a handle on the traffic control. I may have missed it but I saw no one managing traffic at Smith or on the eastside of 10th street. On a school morning, I would expect the crew would be set up and ready to handle the traffic prior to the start of school.
Dunn street from blue ridge to old 37. At Dunn & old 37 you cannot see on coming traffic from the west
Stop sign on 2nd St. at Highland is hidden by overhanging branch. I have seen multiple cars run the stop sign presumably because they can't see it.
Road Conditions have destroyed the suspension system of my vehicle. Construction on Jordon from the North East corner of Third and Jordan to the parking garage and nearly impassable and have been this way since Jordon was reopened to traffic. Driving 10mph didn't even help. I want my suspension system replaced due to negligence by the City.
I've noticed quite a few cars traveling south bound on Washington Street between 12th and 10th at a fairly high rate of speed, especially as they crest the hill at 11th. With the new development at coming to the High Point commercial property on North Walnut at 11th, I feel like Washington is going to start seeing a lot more traffic heading downtown. Could traffic calming measures be investigated for this stretch of road?
