The failure has an underlying void of indeterminate depth and is parallel with northbound travel for vehicles/bicycles on the roadway thus presenting a hazard for cyclists or further deterioration for autos/trucks.

Two large pot holes at entrance to alley just East of 1200 block of S. Lincoln St (between Lincoln and Grant) where it intersects with E. Grimes Lane. Please fill them. Cars bottom out when transversing this intersection.
I own the law firm at the corner of 4th St. and Walnut Street. My parking lot access is from the alley on 4th street. The city allows street parking on 4th street up to the entrance of the alleyway. When pulling out of the alley, it makes it impossible to see if traffic is heading east on 4th street when there are cars parked in the spots next to the alley. A space or two needs to be removed so that people can safely pull out of the alley to turn left without getting hit by oncoming traffic.
