Forgotten Street Construction Sign on Pleasant Ridge Rd (near 3rd St) from spring/summer re-paving work.
Forgotten Street Construction Sign on Pleasant Ridge Rd (near 3rd St) from spring/summer re-paving work.
There is a big growth of bushes/trees/grasses something of that sort in the creek between Sheridan and Southdowns right at the intersection with Woodlawn. When you are at the stop sign on Sheridan, it is tough to see pedestrians, children, and cyclists who are heading to the park. Also, it is tough to see traffic coming from the south on Woodlawn because of the foliage. It certainly needs cut back.
Park Ridge neighborhood - We need the street dept. to re-stencil all of the traffic calming symbols and stripes on all the speed bumps. Also, all posts with safety reflectors need to be inspected. Some missing altogether as well as many round reflectors missing. Please follow up - we would appreciate it! Weather is perfect for such work! Crosswalk paint almost completely gone and very difficult to see in the dark. When taking left off of Atwater to veer back towards 3rd street; the triangle intersection where you can choose to go right or left onto third.
The crosswalk between N and S Woodbridge Dr and across 10th is routinely ignored by passing cars. I have almost been hit around 3 times while in the crosswalk by cars that refused to stop for me as I was crossing. Cars otherwise refuse to stop when pedestrians are waiting to cross. This is a safety concern for pedestrians.
Stop sign is missing at Westminster and Winslow.
Resident reports consistent speeding and safety concerns as well as recurring congestion in stretch of road lacking a sidewalk near Culver's on W 3rd St.
Just south of the railroad bridge over N College, cars are routinely parked in the bike lane, requiring cyclists to swerve into the car lane to get around the parked car. This is dangerous! Please repaint the yellow curb. If you can't because of the weather, please post a temporary no-parking sign there until you can. Thanks!
