Stop sings are in need of repair. Both are leaning and one is facing the wrong way!

Westbound traffic on 2nd Street are trying to turn into the new Rockets Convenience Store. I've been in the left turn-lane for Patterson, and someone crossed the double-yellow line to make his own "turn lane" to go into Rockets. The way the entry is shaped there should be no left turn into the facility. Westbound traffic should turn on Patterson and access Rockets the back way. There have been other posts on social media about this. There needs to be a "No Left Turn" sign or something there - it's a prime spot for an accident.

Add a stop sign to reduce speed on Allendale Drive. Speeds are exceeding, cars do not slow down at this intersection to turn, this is a multimodal route and children and bikes are here often.
People park on Driscoll at corner of Washington AT the stop sign. Essentially makes the street one way. Also you can’t see the speed limit sign in the Driscoll block from walnut to Washington. New building also has no curbing painting for corner of alley along with fire hydrant !!!
Fairfield Dr. is a 1-way road, yet there are no signs on many access points to signify it as such. Traffic often goes the wrong way. This is one frequent occurrence location.
Between approximately 1910 until about 1925 on 3/21/24, I witnessed 6-8 vehicles drive south in the northbound lane in the construction area from Fountain then turning west on 7th St. The vehicles ranged from a full-size truck pulling a trailor, the kind to haul a riding lawnmower, to an either 2-door or small 4-door car and judging from the high speed at which the car drove and the timing of the next northbound car, the southbound car entered the construction zone at the same time or after the northbound car entered from Kirkwood. This was all within 15-20 minutes on the 4th day of the closure. It's going to be a problem.
At the intersection "T" of Adams Hill Circle and Countryside Lane, there are rows of trees along Countryside - both sides (right and left) - when stopped at the STOP sign on Adams Hill Circle you the line of vision is obstructed by trees that need very sever trimming. You cannot see oncoming traffic from the right (coming WEST toward Summit Elementary) until halfway in the road. This road is on an incline and then EAST going traffic appears over rise and you are in the middle of the road to see traffic. TREES NEED TRIMMING!
There's something else going on in the neighborhood. The Indiana RR trestle on Adams Street is hit about twice a week. A RR truck took a look at it a few days ago. Rebar is exposed again, they will have to fix it. A neighbor says the trestle is hit about twice a week. I saw a semi with a 40-foot trailer turn around at 6th Street and Adams. Closing Vernal Pike is squeezing traffic, and maps don't help. How about a "No Trucks" and "Low clearance ahead" signs at 5th and Adams?
People have been using this walking trail as a road using cars, trucks, and motorized scooters. Driving cars on this path is unacceptable. There was once a cable at the top stopping people from driving but it has been cut. Please put a metal post at the beginning and end of this path preventing vehicles before someone gets injured.
