The incident happen around 3:00pm today and he was able to get the plate number of the bus(#65289) This was a dangerous situation. Mr. McClelland would like a call back from a supervisor so he can discuss this matter further.
CALLER COMPLAINED SHE REPORTED A STREET LIGHT OUT AT OVERHILL AND DEKIST @ 3 WKS AGO. IT IS STILL OUT. I COULD NOT FIND A COMPLAINT IN THE SYSTEM BUT SHE HAS TALKED TO SOMEONE BECAUSE SHE KNEW CINERGY WOULD HANDLE. PLEASE CALL HER AND GIVE HER THE STATUS.
Mr. Adams states that crossing east third street is dangerous. He states that there is no crosswalk and he has observed children and seniors having difficulty crossing the road. He wants to know if the City has plans to correct the problem.
Three or four inch drop off from Hinkle Road onto Headley Road due to recent paving. Have been numerous traffic accidents. See attached letter.
As you come off of N. Old ST RD 37 onto Blue Ridge Drive there are tree limbs that have overgrown into the street causing a problem for bicycle riders as well as drivers.
The problem is actually in the sharp curve on Ramble Road East as soon as you come in off of North Dunn Street. There are bushes/tree limbs that have overgrown into the street causing drivers to go over into the oncoming lane. This is a problem in this sharp curve when you cannot see someone coming the other direction.
Concerned cars are sliding off curve, over curb on Pete Ellis Dr. between Bayside Dr. & RR tracks. Afraid kids will be hit standing there waiting fo the bus. Someone already hit the tree. (Complaint received by Debbie Vollmer - entered by D. Ball.
Traffic by the Library project is terrible. Need to limit/prohibit parking on Grant Street across from Pygmalion's. It's to narrow. Construction often blocks 6th, 7th, and Grant at the same time. When 6th is blocked, cars must go the wrong way to exit the Library parking lot. Construction people should be reminded not to block all three streets at once. Can construction workers be given permits for Zone so that they don't have to park on Grant.
