The posts and concrete at the intersection of Winslow Rd and Walnut Street Pike need the reflectors replaced and the concrete needs reflective paint. It's very hard to see at night especially if it is foggy.
This is a 3 way stop. Maybe 25% of the vehicles actually stop. Some never touch their brakes. There are no sidewalks here and so any of us biking, walking, dog walking, grand kids walking, kids walking home from school... are going through this intersection on foot or bike. Thank you for any consideration of policing this stop once in awhile??? I'm not sure what other traffic alerts would do anything here?
Re: Ongoing Parking Violation - uReport #207578 I'm following up on my January 14th report regarding a Jeep parked in front of my residence, extending approximately 5 feet over the yellow curb line. This vehicle creates a dangerous sight line obstruction when I pull onto 1st Street, which has heavy traffic. Despite my initial report, the vehicle remains un-ticketed and I have not received a response from the Town of Bloomington. This ongoing violation poses a safety hazard. This gold Jeep, plate # TPV 176 Indiana, has been parked in front of my driveway (over the yellow curb lines) since last night making it difficult to see oncoming cars when I exit my driveway. The traffic lights at College Mall and Covenanter have been flashing red for more than 24 hours.
There is a dumpster in the eastbound lane as you turn onto Elliston from Bainbridge, it’s an issue if you’re attempting to turn and someone is at the intersection, also creates a bit of an unsafe situation when kids are waiting for the bus.
There was a reckless and dangerous driver with a Michigan plate DWC 589. They live the at the Monroe apartments. I only know this cause I am visiting someone here.
