Orange-red sporty car with louvers on back window resides at this address, HIGH SPEEDS through upper Woodhill Drive daily between 8-10am and 5-6pm. VERY VERY loud vehicle. Dangerous for those in road to mailboxes and for children playing and bicycling. Need traffic calming!

I live in the Allen Valley subdivision off West Allen Street. Many mornings - especially around 7:30-8:30 - there is a lot of speeding traffic of cars coming off W Bloomfield Road onto Allen Street. Our access to Allen Street is at the bottom of a hill, and cars will often come from Allen Street going at least 40 mph. There's not much time to brake going that fast if someone is pulling out of our subdivision, and I've had a couple close encounters leaving in the mornings. Now with school starting, a school bus may be doing a pick-up and stopped at our addition and a car coming in fast may cause an accident. The same thing can happen coming off Ransom Lane onto Allen Street as well - the hill obstructs the view of cars turning off Ransom onto Allen. I travel east on Allen Street every weekday morning. It seems a lot of the traffic goes to Novo Nordisk, so I'm guessing the increased traffic is from the employees headed to a morning shift. I'm wondering if an officer could occasionally come and watch that traffic on weekday morning to help slow things down. Thank you!
This Subaru has been parked continuously from December 9th/Tueday a.m. through December 11th/Thursday pm, then parked in the same spot later December 11/Thursday p.m to December 12/Friday as I submit this report.The license plate is “Indiana LWDBB”. I simply want this to be documented with the City of Bloomington .I have other photos of this Subaru with time stamps for each day and I suspect this car managed to be moved just short of the 72 hour threshold for a car being tagged as a possibly being abandoned. FWIW, this is a chronic problem on the 900 south block of Eastside Drive. We have cars parked daily/overnight and these are students that live in the Maxwell Terrace apartments and avoid an added monthly parking fee by Maxwell Terrace by using Eastside Drive as their free open air parking 24/7. The daily numbers swell as the academic year advances. I’m not expecting any action on this car from Parking Enforcement. I just want the information to be documented for future issues. He says that the house to the south of him is a rental and the people park in the alley, blocking it., and then cars drive around them on his property. He would like to install some sort of curbing but does not know where the edge of the alley is.
White Mustang parked on Eastside Drive too close to the intersection. Indiana license plate 261 LTW. White Ford Mustang. Car has been in this location from Monday 10-14, 7 pm until 10-15, 8 am (at the time of me submitting this online form). The car obstructs drivers approaching from the west on Maxwell Lane turning south on the 900 S. block of Eastside Drive.
