It seems like there are two account numbers on my address. I have been paying my bills every month consistently. Your system accumulates the same amount of payments for two different accounts. The online system prompted me to pay the same bills for two different accounts. I checked every single month of my current account and all is paid. There are two transactions that are paid one is 169.24 and 84.62 that needs to be disputed immediately. I called the bloomington utilities many times but I can't receive any response. Can you please guide me how to remove one of these accounts so this will not happen in the future? Once again I paid my bills on time consistently and I have an evidence of it. Sincerely, Sophia

Water Dept: Help please: I am a Bloom City water customer. My water pressure dropped to almost nothing the evening of Dec 17, 2013 at approximately 7:30pm. I recently purchased a house in Bloomington and have noticed that I have a spot in my yard that is saturated with water. Even when we don't get rain for weeks the grass is still socking wet. I am not sure if this could be a possible leaking pipe in the ground. The only effected area seems to be about a 5 square foot area on the right side of my house.

I was on Walnut Street last Tuesday and there was a water main or something busted throwing rocks in the air and it damage my car I didn't realize I had received damage till my son looked at it on on Friday so I need to have someone fix this it's a brand new 2016 Kia and I have damage like from a hail storm on it was rocks so I need someone to pay for this I'm not putting a picture in because you have to see it in person I looked at it several times and couldn't see it but my son seen it and now I see it
