We have no running water at our townhouse. Bill was paid on 12/26. No way to connect to an operator to report the problem. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Water pressure coming into our house is too high. Plumber recommended we report this issue to the city. Water pressure is in the 90's and we are concerned it will ruin our water heater, washer, or other major appliances.
We have no water. Is construction going on and do you have an estimate of when it will be back on? Thank you for your help.

Loss of water pressure at house. Checked meter, the number is not increasing. So there is no leak after the metet.
Our water completely stopped working and the bill has been paid. Haven’t received a call back.
I noticed my water usage was higher this month. I had no idea why. I looked under my house. No leak. A service man working on my next door neighbor just informed me that my water meter was leaking which must explain the higher usage. First you need to repaair it and second will an adjustment be made on my water bill since the leakage is being caused by the meter?
Was there a repair in area water is dark gray ?
There's water accumulating on the street in front of 2041 W Arbor Ridge Way ( it can turn to ice). Please have this looked at for a possible water leak.
