hello, i live in South crest estates Bloomington IN, for weeks now there has either been NO water, barely any pressure, or just drips coming out. We have Spoke to Management here, and they say it has to do with the city. My children have been in the middle of showers, and it turns off bc there is NO PRESSURE it is NOT okay anymore, it is flu season, people are sick, people need to shower, PEOPLE NEED WATER. Like i said i and multiple others have tried to talk to management but they say they can’t do anything. This is a health hazard and it needs to be solved, i have kids that are sick and puking and we can not even flush the puke down. it will only allow me to include (1) photo so here is that. Please get back to me ASAP because this is not okay, thank you.!

Constant water discharge from MC Highway Dept Outlet 43 pictured above. Inspection of first upstream storm drain (690) of outlet 43 revealed no flow. The psi coming to the house is reading way too high--a plumber came out and measured the water pressure at 120 psi, which is way too high. According to the plumber, it has been potentially causing several problems in our house recently, including water heater valves to break on our new water heater, dishwasher leaks that led to us replacing the unit, pipes to leak, various faucet problems and damage to several parts of the house. After dealing with HVAC related to this yesterday, this morning we've discovered a leak in our kitchen plumbing that is now causing additional damage to the cabinetry. The plumber reported that high psi measurements are happening all over our end of town due to the city turning up the water pressure to accommodate new development. The city needs to address this issue, as it's posing a risk to so many of the existing homes in the area.

I have concerns that the water meeting pit cover at 411 S. Henderson St. is going to cave in. It has been sinking into the parking lot the last few years. I think someone may want to look at this.Thanks.

I deliver papers in the Gentry Honors neighborhood. There may be a water line break/leak near the intersection of Fenbrook and Sara, just past the stop sign. It's near a new home construction but beside an empty lot. There is a layer of ice about 5 inches thick and covering a portion of the street to the storm drain. It appears to be coming from the grassy/wooded area but is not normal runoff from rain, I think--I've never seen that much water run and it's getting bigger by the day. Just wanted to lyk in case it's a city water issue.

Water main leak - there has been what I believe is a water main leaking on Morningside Dr in Park Ridge East for months. It started leaking into the street this past summer and hasn't been fixed yet. I believe that it has been reported previously. This is a terrible waste of waste.
