Our water was shut off for what I am assuming was a water main issue. We were given no information on next steps. I do not see a boil order the website, but our water is brown, low pressure and sputtering. I would just like be informed. Thank you

Just wondering g how long it takes for a simple request about a hydrant to get a cap replace. I called in over a week ago nothing has happened. I also never got answer about all of the hydrants I see except for one that has value nut base usually flush with the top of the hydrant cap, but this hydrant the value nut is a couple of inches above the cap. Why ?

Water leaking from water main in the street

There appears to be a water leak directly in front of this residence. Seeps rather flows - but with cold weather it has created an ice patch on Rogers Street. This may have been going on for a bit of time as there is always some water there - but in warmer temps it flows downhill and is not as noticeable.

This is a business account, Belle Tire, See attached video of leaking water meter. We had a plumber come out for frozen line, after defrosting and getting water moving again, this leak was discovered. Onsite contact is Nic Parton the store manager, phone number 812-822-3726. There's a broken plate that covers the meters and now there's a large hole that poses a risk. I believe the garbage truck keeps breaking it.
