Submitting for a caller to the OOTM--Caller reported a fire hydrant on Euclid Ave and 3rd Street is currently "spewing water".

For the last week, there has been water seeping up out of an underground location under a metal plate in the street that says "WATER" on it. This began after the fire hydrant was replaced last week at 6th and Elm. Surely CBU doesn't want to be wasting water like this; however, I called them directly a week ago to report this, and nothing has been done.
