Issue: Sewage backed up into two homes under our management: 1. 1403 West Allen Street 2. 1405 West Allen Street Significant amount of toilet paper and feces was deposited in basement. Had to be professionally removed and disinfected. Question: Did the City flush or work on lines near or around the Allen Street Properties recently? Is this a normal occurrence? The pipes appear to be clear now, water runs through freely.

At 3805 E Tamarron Dr. CBU crews worked on the street sewer last march. A saw horse barricade was set in place where the asphalt had been removed. Can anyone let us know when this job will be finished?
The manhole cover to the sewer in front of 1008 S Washington St has not been properly placed, so it wobbles when cars drive over.
I have attempted to call several of the numbers listed on your website and have not had any success. I am trying to report a leak that needs to be addressed outside of our property located at 10047 Linden Ave. There are several valves under large metal plates that are overflowing into the street. We are requesting assistance with shutting them off and repairing them. We believe that those are water lines owned by the city.
