In the grass north/south easement behind my property that runs parallel between Washington and Lincoln, just south of Davis, there is an open sewer pipe.

The sewer lines for 2201, 2203, and 2207 connect together and then jointly connect to city sewer. As this was done sometime in the 1950s, is this up to current city codes? Over the past few years there have been a few sewer back-ups as a result of all lines being connected. Is there a grant available to the homeowners that will allow each of them to disconnect from each other and connect to city sewer individually? My house is at 2308 E Linden Hill Drive in the Stands. In the open area behind my house, which borders on the Stands Drive there is a manhole labelled "sanitary sewer". Nearby that manhole there are 3 or 4 apparent sink holes (one about 18 inches deep) that seem to have formed recently. They may have no connection with the sewer system, but I suggest that they be checked out to make certain that there is not a leak of some kind, that could cause more damage. Hi, I'd like to report a sewer problem. There is a steady stream of water flowing out of a manhole. It leaks across the sidewalk and then onto Rogers where it flows into the storm sewer drain. It's on the northeast corner at the intersection of South Rogers and Coolidge. I just wanted to alert the utilities department about the issue. Thanks.

Since the storm Friday night, our toilets and sink are gurgling and not flushing well. We have a manhole in front of our house and another one next door at the corner of Rock Creek and Montclair. It seems like we have a clog from that storm. The neighbors across the street are having the same issue. Thank you.

We had Weddle Plumbing out today to rod-out our main sewer line (due to slowness). He didn't find the usual root issue they normally do on our line, and when he checked the city sewer access, we found the main sewer water level unusually high (and at times stagnant). See image attached. It seems like the city's main line may also need rodding. I hope this can be serviced soon, before it affects (back up into) our line (again?).

TX from customer service re rain water in basement and garage. Sanitary sewer installation crew removed driveway culvert during construction in 1986 and did not replace apparantly due to sewer line location directly under previous site of culvert.
