GOLDSTEIN STATES THAT CITY PAVED THE N-S ALLEY TO THE WEST OF HER HOME IN 1991 OR 1992. APPARENTLY THIS HAS ALLOWED THE WATER TO RUN OFF ONTO HER PROPERTY IN HER CRAWLSPACE. SHE DID NOT REALIZE THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON UNTIL SHE RECENTLY HAD TO GO UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE. THE WATER HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS. WHAT CAN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT DO?
Ms. Goldstein says the alley was paved on the west side of her house approximately 3-4 years ago and every since she has had water runoff which is eroding her foundation.

sewer backed up in alley on the east side of the building at the clean out. the sewer has not been cleaned up and is VERY nasty.
SEWER ODOR IN OFFICE, SENT 718 TO CHECK AND TALK TO CUSTOMER.
Needs cable located.
Has complaint about the work being done on W 7th St by American Utilities. He thinks that when they dig their trench, they will cut through the sewer laterals that lay along the route. CBU does not locate private laterals.
