My neighbor's sewage line has been overflowing and freezing in the alleyway between our homes. Now that the temperature is warming up, it has begun to smell. They have done nothing about this issue, even when I brought it up to them.

Customer say when sewer cleaning truck passed by her house, truck was throwing shredded paper and trash everywhere.
Ms Underwood left a voice message for me on Friday 6/27/14 saying she was calling about the brick streets at 8th and Park and the sewer line that currently goes under the street.
