There is water leaking on the pedestrian path on the North side of the bypass just East of Fee/Matlock. I smell an odor of sewage when I pass through the wet spot on the path.
See case #186334. Has there been a coliform test done on the malodorous effluent that is seeping out of the SE corner of the yard at this rental address and covering the sidewalk making it impossible to avoid? Or is an obvious sewage leak that has been present for months not a concern of the City? We haven't had a cholera outbreak in awhile now - perhaps that is the goal (?)
There is water that smells like sewage bubbling up out of the drainage pipes. I've seen it literally bubbling up as if under pressure so I believe it comes from some kind of underground pipe but I can't be sure. The area is always wet as a result and smells.
A Roto Rooter plumber opened the two manholes on the street in front of my house and said that the sewage line it isn't emptying appropriately. This can cause serious problems. Would you please check on that issue? Thank you.
sewage backed up from the utility room into the kitchen and living area. Lessor says lessee has to pay for all repairs and will not pay for sanitizing the area infected with feces. Lessee had to pay to have a plumber drain the bathtub. Plumber found that the sewer lines have clasped
Please test the water leaking from this house for coliforms. It smells again. Water is in alley. See previous ureport case.
Correction to case #187344: Current destination pool of effluent is on the *NE* corner of Lincoln/10th, not NW.
I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. During heavy rains, we have been having sewage backing up into our basement. I suspect the cause may be rain water entering the sewer system through this manhole.
