Donna called to explain that when it rains water is backing up in her basement. This is something new that has been happening the last 3 times it has rained. There is a lot of sand in this water. Is something blocked?

Water is running into her yard and house every time it rains.
Mr. Cullers feels that the culvert is undersized causing a drainage problem. The City did work in this area a few months ago. The City installed bars across the culvert causing a backup of water. Mr. Cullers crawl space has flooded.
Water is runing onto property and ponding due to grading work done when the new Templeton School was built. Mr. Hatton was in today to tell us of a drainage problem at his address. He says the drainage problem has resulted from the regrading done when the new Templeton School was built.
Mr.. Yost says water is running down the alley behind his home across a parking lot and flooding his property. Mr. Yost called in fall of '95 and did not receive a response.

Complainant says that the house constructed at the above address (3914 Emilie Ct.) was constructed to low and that storm water flows into the patio. (See pictures in Eng. file). The area surrounding the house does not slope away from the foundation.
