DAVIS OWNS A RENTAL NEAR THE CORNER OF 5TH & JEFFERSON. THERE IS WATER POOLING ON BOTH SIDES OF JEFFERSON AND COMING UP TO THE SIDE OF HER RENTAL UNIT. SHE WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM.

THERE ARE NO SIDEWALKS IN THIS AREA. THE WATER RUNS DOWN PARK AVENUE, ACROSS ACEVODO'S DRIVEWAY, INTO HER YARD AND ENDS UP UNDER HER HOUSE. HER HOUSE IN ON PARTIAL CRAWLSPACE, PARTIAL BASEMENT. SHE WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE AREA.
Brenda called on 12/17/96 to complain about the standing water on Fess Ave. between 3rd & Atwater. She says it expands all the way across the street.
Mrs. Stamcombe is concerned about the drainage at her property. She feels that the ditches and waterways installed by the City have increased the drainage problem, and may result in loss of property value , and/or damage to personal property improvements. (see attached letter)
Scott called to complain about the standing water in his back yard due to runoff from all the surrounding neighbors yards. He cannot get grass to grow, water ponds, etc. He did say Gary Campbell has been out to look at this problem and he wished to make a formal complaint.
