STORM DRAIN EXPOSED, GRAVEL WASHED AWAY
STORM DRAIN EXPOSED, GRAVEL WASHED AWAY
When it rains, driveway is washed away, due to drain pipes across street.
There is a sinkhole in the back yard of the above address that is collapsing. M. Leavitt and J. Freeman investigate in summer of 95. The county installed a drainage swale leading to the sinkhole, but there is no outlet for the storm water.
THE PROBLEM IS WATER RUNOFF CAUSING DRAINAGE PROBLEMS IN THE SUNNY SLOPES AREA. THIS AREA HAS RECENTLY BEEN ANNEXED. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR THE PAST 8 TO 10 YEARS. SHE HAS BEEN TOLD IT IS THE COUNTY, COUNTY SAYS CITY. SHE HAS TALKED WITH KELLY CROUCH IN CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPT.
The county ran a side ditch along the south side of the property with no where for it to outlet. Large deep sinkhole in the backyard.
