Vehicle parked on Third just west of Woodlawn blocking bike lane. I (a pedestrian) observed a cyclist dodge out of the bike lane into the traffic lane to avoid collision. Please enforce these problems before a cyclist gets hurt.
Another day, another clown parked blocking the bike lane on Third. Why is this not enforced?
Why did the DPW allow this company to completely block the B-trail so they could use it as a construction staging area? IDIOTS.

Truck blocking sidewalk.....happens constantly
