Broken tree branch hanging over the street on 1st St at the NW corner of 1st and Woodlawn.
A residential Parking Sign is improperly inserted into the ground causing it to be slanted at a 30 degree angle. This is almost blocking my driveway and causing the roof of my car to scratch it. Can you please re-dig this sign in the ground so that it's' straight? The sign itself is not damaged, it's just not properly inserted into the ground. Thanks. Kent Rerko 910 S. Manor Rd. This is a continuing problem at 601 S. Woodlawn (the address above is as close as I could get on your map). Two weeks ago two large dead trees were causing a hazard, dropping limbs. Trees are covered with vines but have been dead for a long time. They continue to drop dead limbs. There is also a bad patch of poison ivy near the sidewalk, creating yet another hazard.
The alley running behind the property has a tree blocking entry from Maxwell Terrace Lane and a tree down with fencing directly across fro 809 S Henderson. The trees and weeds have also gotten so large they are rubbing cars as you drive down the alley
Car parked in the gravel area is parked illegally. We have had issues with people parking in this spot even though it is not a legal parking zone. I have spoken with parking enforcement before and they confirmed that this is indeed not a legal parking zone and they have ticketed before. Recently people have been parking there on a regular basis. This is the lot behind 728 E Atwater. Accessible off of S Park.
Dead tree limb broke off and is now lying in roadway
The road is almost completely inaccessible in front of the big apartment building here because cars are lining both sides of the street, even though there is only parking on one side of the street. Probably move in day in the building or something, but no excuse for lax parking rules. There was also a huge brown RV parked idling on the sidewalk, spewing fumes everywhere - and since someone kept the front door open, I'd imagine the whole building reeks of fumes, the entire street outside certainly does. I had to turn in the alleyway here to get around this street because I couldn't fit my car through the double parked cars. [Note: this was approx 20 mins ago, but I'd imagine the cars at least are still there.] Thanks for quick response, Roger
Car is parked facing against the flow of traffic, in a no-parking zone, forcing drivers to be unable to park in the right area outside of their residence and causing safety issues with the flow of traffic down Woodlawn Avenue. Car has been parked for multiple hours and has not been removed. It is blocking the street from being used properly. I have not been able to park since I left this morning and when I left this morning I almost got hit by a car trying to squeeze into my car as well as having people almost get in accidents over this.

The new tenants at this address continue to park on the wrong side of Ballantine, impeding traffic (especially when people are legally parked on the correct side of the street).
