Blue sedan-type vehicle parked in the roadway, making it hard to traverse. There are also several cars parked on the roadway along N Hillsdale Drive, which makes travel difficult - especially around the traffic light.

Everyday from 3:35-4:00 people park in front the buildings along 2nd St near the elementary schools and they partially block the street. There is no parking in this area. In addition, it makes it very difficult to see to pull out of buildings along this street. Please send an officer to assist with informing these individual that they cannot park in these areas.
