12th St. Between Indiana Ave. and Walnut St. is a two-way street, but two cars can't safely drive on the street at the same time because the street isn't wide enough to accommodate two lanes of traffic and street parking. Often you have to pull over to let people through because the street isn't wide enough, and I've almost lost a mirror because someone was too close several times.
Parked car blocking east/west alley on block bounded by Park, First, Woodlawn and University.
Construction and deliveries blocking parts of 14-13th streets and Dunn. In one instance a semi trailer was blocking Dunn and there was just one guy with no sign *kinda* directing traffic.
At 4219 Deckard Dr. in Eastern Heights, there is a small blue Mazda which daily is parked facing the wrong way in front of this house, despite a very wide and accessible driveway a few feet away. This parking causes MCCSC buses, City of Bloomington Snow and Salt trucks, and neighborhood traffic to dodge hazardously around this car on a regular basis. It would be a good thing if the owner could be advised and encouraged to park in a manner that does not inconvenience the rest of the community. Thank you.
Cleaning company blocked alley again Saturday afternoon
Trash in road on South Rogers between Rockport & Jed is causing cars to verr into oncoming lane or slow for crows trying to feed from it.
This corner of the road floods quite badly when it rains. The ground around it is starting to erode.
Storage Express is building a fence the is blocking the alley. In the GIS the alley is public right-of-way.
The red Chrysler in the image has repeatedly been parking illegally on the yellow curb in front of our unit for months. We have left notes and tried to be cordial, but they continue to do so and it has blocked the trash truck/delivery trucks from being able to come down our street on occasion. Additionally, it makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood. There is plenty of other legal street/guest parking nearby or directly across the street. There is some sort of sign or other debris sitting in the middle of the southbound lane of Rogers by the electrical substation. This sign has been in the road for weeks if not months.
