At 4219 Deckard Dr. in Eastern Heights, there is a small blue Mazda which daily is parked facing the wrong way in front of this house, despite a very wide and accessible driveway a few feet away. This parking causes MCCSC buses, City of Bloomington Snow and Salt trucks, and neighborhood traffic to dodge hazardously around this car on a regular basis. It would be a good thing if the owner could be advised and encouraged to park in a manner that does not inconvenience the rest of the community. Thank you.

Hello, I work downtown and there is a always a white cargo van blocking the alley. I receive my deliveries through the back door and because this alley is blocked, I am needing to receive deliveries through the front door more often than not. It is a white van parked behind Samira restaurant, in the alley next to Btown diner. This car is here every day for multiple hours so I was just wondering if there could be something done about it. The residents of either 727 South Eagleson or 719 South Eagleson use a public access ally way (running between Eagleson and Swain) as parking for cars and large recreational vehicles. It blocks the way for utility service, trash removal, postal delivery, access to property and walking and biking around the neighborhood. Moreover, residents in either of these two homes are blocking parking spots and affecting traffic with green “slow down” signs placed in the street. Both these actions present an over-reach of private citizens in claiming and controlling public space. Please could you investigate and hold these citizens to the rules that we all live by?

Multiple cars are parked lining my residential street I live on and some of them are blocking entry/exit to my private driveway. People are using my street for overflow parking for Switchyard park and no cars are normally allowed to park on the street at all.

For several weeks, there's been a car parked in the yard with the front end out in the street. A traffic cone has been placed in front of the car; eastbound traffic must swerve into the westbound lane to avoid the parked vehicle.

A red Hyundai Accent has been parked in the same spot since July 2022 and is becoming a nuisance for trash pick up. With winter coming this car is in the way for snow removal.
