12th St. Between Indiana Ave. and Walnut St. is a two-way street, but two cars can't safely drive on the street at the same time because the street isn't wide enough to accommodate two lanes of traffic and street parking. Often you have to pull over to let people through because the street isn't wide enough, and I've almost lost a mirror because someone was too close several times.

The road is almost completely inaccessible in front of the big apartment building here because cars are lining both sides of the street, even though there is only parking on one side of the street. Probably move in day in the building or something, but no excuse for lax parking rules. There was also a huge brown RV parked idling on the sidewalk, spewing fumes everywhere - and since someone kept the front door open, I'd imagine the whole building reeks of fumes, the entire street outside certainly does. I had to turn in the alleyway here to get around this street because I couldn't fit my car through the double parked cars. Construction and deliveries blocking parts of 14-13th streets and Dunn. In one instance a semi trailer was blocking Dunn and there was just one guy with no sign *kinda* directing traffic.
Resident called Planning and Transportation to report tree branches are down in the street. They moved them off to the side of the street, but will need to be picked up.
There is a man who always sits on the planter on this corner with a dog so that no one else can use them, I've never gone by there and not seen him. He's selling jewelry there, which is not allowed. Its unfair too the other homeless people that he alone is allowed to sell things on the street and block traffic and use of the bench. If this is the wrong subheading please forward to right person!
There is a large "road closed" barrier at the intersection of Rogers Street and Country Club Drive. Someone is posting additional advertisements on the barrier. Something about "Give God the controller."
