I reported this illegally parked vehicle days ago. How is it STILL THERE, unticketed? This really needs to be dealt with.
Retaining wall has fallen onto the sidewalk.
Black car parked on the street for several weeks. Has not moved. Makes it difficult for trash trucks, utility vehicles, etc to drive to end of street. Same house has 2 non-working vehicles and 2 working vehicles in the driveway. Also has a visitor often that parks across from black car and further restricts ability to drive to end of street.
Invasive plants are so thick that they are blocking the sidewalk. It is not clear where the property line is, so perhaps the owner of the property just north is formally responsible, but one would think that both owners could see there is a problem and work together to fix it.
The owners of this property currently have a contractor cutting an entire tree down, blocking the alleyway. They frequently have contractors and tenants of their airbnb in and out of their property, blocking the street, blocking cars in, encroaching on nearby property. No one in the adjacent properties were notified this would be happening. This tree is old and enormous, and one of a pair that was clearly planted together years ago. They're chopping it down instead of fixing their sewage - not illegal or a violation, but 100% selfish yuppie hogshit in keeping with everything else they've done.
Non running older dark blue Volvo car with no license plate has been parked on the street for a month. Residents in the specific area such as myself are frustrated with parking being taken for someone who lives in the townhouses across street from 812 s Washington st that has its own parking lot.
The North/South alley between 810 W. 7th and 804 W. 7th is being encroached upon by gardens, woodpiles, trees/vegetation and possibly the fence and cinder block garage owned by 810 W 7th St. As a result, the alley traffic is being diverted outside of the alley right of way and onto the private property located at 804 W. 7th. This appears to have been going on for a number of years. As the new owner of 804 W. 7th St., it is my full intention to re-claim the property/property line currently being encroached upon and proceed with renovations. I request that the Street Dept contact the owner of 810 W. 7th and order the encroachments be removed. With the assistance of a surveyor, I have located the NW and SW corner pins delineating the right of way and pounded new T posts just outside of the right of way in those spots and plan to post the entire property line once the encroachments are removed. Were I to reclaim the property line today, the alley would become impassible due to said encroachments. I request your assistance in remedying this situation in a civil and legal manner, as requests to the homeowner of 810 W.7th have fallen upon deaf ears. I request that you keep me in the loop regarding this issue. I would be happy to meet with a representative of the street dept, with survey in hand, to assist in clarifying and remedying this issue, as renovations of 804 W. 7th will begin in a few weeks. The alley running behind the property has a tree blocking entry from Maxwell Terrace Lane and a tree down with fencing directly across fro 809 S Henderson. The trees and weeds have also gotten so large they are rubbing cars as you drive down the alley
Vehicle has been parked partially in front of our mailbox for over 2 weeks. Range Rover has not moved. Hard for us to get out of driveway with a truck. Also, car has a flat tire. It is the neighbors who has room in front of their house and on driveway.
