There is a tree growing back at the alley with limbs hanging down far enough to scratch vehicles as they drive by. Several residents use this alley to get to their homes.
A trampoline has been placed in the public ROW between the street and sidewalk. This is a hazard to drivers as well as people using the trampoline.
Resident parking a van in the alley.
LEAK OUTSIDE OF HER TRAILER
Dumpster placement at above property approved by Planning. Complainant wants to file a formal complaint because dumpster is placed in the City right-of-way. Engineering marked ROW last month; this dumpster, along with some parking spaces, is certainly on City property.
limestone blocks fell off retaining wall and into the sidewalk
My street trees have been ripped out of the tree plots. The question is who did this and who is responsible for their replacement?
Fence for this property (or maybe 1125) is protruding too far into the public alley. Mr. Fleetwoods tenants need to access this alley to exit the property, and that need will become more urgent as the 3rd/5th/Adams construction begins. This fence makes the alley inaccessible.
Zucchini Prints is running a sweat shop producing mouse pads at this address (address may not be correct it is just north of 627 N. Morton). They keep blocking the alley with a fork-lift. Mr. Titus wants someone to check if they are allowed to have this shop here. He has contacted BPD about the blocking of the alley.
