shrubbery, weeds, grass three (3) feet into the right of way, needs to be trimmed back, properties on north side (some on south) not taking care of it, referrred to HAND by Street Dept.

Mr. Young stated that bushing in the N/S Alley behing 514 S. Washington Street is encroaching into the right of way and scrape the side of the vehicles as they proceed through the alley. He would like the bushes trimmed back.
